Ming Lyu

Ming Lyu started working as a Ballot Officer at Toronto Election in October 2022. Prior to that, in July 2019, Ming worked as a Social Media Freelancer at Zhihu.com, where they created a Zhihu social account to share their experiences of studying and living in Canada. Ming also answered questions about the study and life of international students on the platform, gaining more than 100,000 views.

Ming Lyu earned a Master's degree in International school leadership from Western University, completing the program from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Ming Lyu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Dalian University of Technology, graduating between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Ming Lyu has also achieved certifications such as the "High five Certificate" from Parks and Recreation Ontario in April 2023, CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the Canadian Red Cross in March 2023, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification from Crisis in March 2023.
