Steve Tsai

Steve Tsai has a solid background in finance and investment. Steve started their career as a Graduate Trainee at PCCW in 2009 and later worked as an Account Manager in Commercial Sales. In 2010, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Financial Services Audit until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Investment Manager in Direct Investment/ Private Equity at Cinda International Asset Management. Steve then joined New World Development Company Limited as a Senior Associate in the Family Office, where they played a strategic role in direct investments. In 2017, they moved to China Renaissance as a Vice President in Fund - VC/PE. Currently, Steve is the Head of Strategic Investment at Zhihu.com since December 2018.

Steve Tsai completed their education at HKUST Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FCPA) from HKICPA and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) & Type 9 (Asset Management) - Licensed Representative from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
