Karla Rodriguez

Karla Rodriguez, PHR, serves as the Director of HRIS at Company 3 since February 2022, previously holding the position of Manager, HRIS. Prior to this, Karla worked as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant at Sonata Software from November 2021 to October 2022 and as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant at Sopris Systems from May 2019 to January 2022. Earlier career experience includes various roles at Shamrock Foods Company, including Human Resources Data Manager, Payroll Manager, and Human Resources Payroll Supervisor from April 2006 to May 2019. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2005 and 2006.
