Tracy Sefcik

Tracy Sefcik is an experienced professional in workforce optimization and HR information systems, currently serving as Workforce Optimization Manager at San Juan Regional Medical Center since May 2025. In this role, Tracy collaborates with internal data and analytics teams, supervises technical documentation, and supports workforce management activities. Tracy also holds the position of HRIS Director at the Lyric Opera of Chicago and previously worked as HRIS Manager at both Spotless Brands and Transdev North America, where responsibilities included automating HR processes and managing system upgrades. Tracy's prior experience includes significant roles in application analysis and project management, and as the founder and CEO of Cross Country Cycle 4 Vets, a non-profit organization. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies and Sociology from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate's Degree from Harper College.
