Anastasia Kalpakidou, PhD, currently serves as a Lecturer at the School of Psychology of Metropolitan College, starting in October 2023. Since October 2020, Anastasia has held the position of Senior Program Manager at Clinigen Group, overseeing Managed Access Programs in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Anastasia has been an Honorary Research Fellow at UCL since May 2015, engaging in teaching and publication preparation related to the Prognosis in Palliative Care Study II (PiPS2). Previous roles include Post-doctoral Research Fellow/Study Manager and Research Fellow/Clinical Trial Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing national clinical trials funded by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR). Early career experience involved managing complex Early Phase Clinical Trials at Richmond Pharmacology and contributing to EU-funded research projects at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, where Anastasia obtained a PhD in Neuroscience. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Neuroscience, and a PhD in Neuroscience.
