Iliana Kechagioglou

Iliana Kechagioglou serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο since November 2022, overseeing the newly established Group HR Division for both Metropolitan College and IEK AKMI. Previously, Iliana held the position of Country HR Director at Affidea from May 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR strategies in Greece. Prior roles also include Group HR Director at ThinkDigital Group, Assistant Manager in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte S.A., HR Manager at Sidma S.A., and Senior Recruiter at Vodafone Greece, among others. Iliana's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business.
