Ivan Polandov

Ivan Polandov has extensive work experience in the real estate and construction industries. Ivan began their career as a Project Engineer at Bouygues in 2006 and later worked as a Leading Specialist/Project Manager at New Square Development. Ivan then joined the Regional Development and Investment Group as a Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating a large-scale real estate project in the Moscow Region.

In 2008, Ivan joined Industrial Development Engineers as a Project Manager and later moved on to Tebodin, where they worked as a Project Manager and was involved in various projects, including the Nestle Maggi Vyazniki project and the Michelin warehouse project.

In 2012, Ivan became the Head of Construction Department at Real Estate Development, where they oversaw construction activities. Ivan then joined Terra Auri as a Project Manager in 2014 before joining PIK Group. At PIK Group, Ivan served in various roles, including Project Manager for the Green Park and CHERNYAKHOVSKOGO 19 projects, Head of Moscow (Northern District) Project Management Department, and Vice President, where they currently hold the position. Ivan's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, construction, and real estate development.

Ivan Polandov obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE) between the years 2001 and 2006.
