Rami Shahin

Rami Shahin, M.Sc., MBA, serves as a Business Process Improvement and Management Advisor at the Department of Municipalities and Transport since April 2014, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency within municipal services in Abu Dhabi. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Systems Specialist at Dubai Municipality, where Rami contributed to the Dubai Government Excellence Program, and as a Quality Assurance Manager at King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau, overseeing various vehicle production projects and implementing ISO standards. Rami also held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Windsor, working on advanced manufacturing systems, and as a QMS Assessor at Lloyd's Register EMEA. Rami holds an MBA in Strategic Supply Chain Management from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor.
