Rehab Hassanein has a strong background in IT service management, with experience in various companies such as The Department of Municipalities and Transport, Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning Program, and Ministry of Community Development. Rehab has held roles such as Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Desk Manager, and Adoption Team Lead. Rehab is also skilled in providing technical support and mentoring to team members. Prior to their current roles, Rehab worked as a Senior Service Desk Consultant and Sales System Support. Rehab also has experience as a Computer Instructor, teaching courses in Microsoft® Office and ICDL to various clients. Rehab holds a Bachelor of Specific Education from Mansoura University.
