Ilya Ryzhkov

Ilya Ryzhkov is an experienced project manager and head of engineering at Tochka Opory Lighting Solutions since April 2013, responsible for project planning, risk management, and coordination with subcontractors and clients. Ilya has successfully led significant projects from concept to completion, focusing on team development and the implementation of automated design processes. Prior to this role, Ilya served as a lighting engineer and project manager at LightDesignProject, where key projects included major urban lighting initiatives and energy service contracts. Early experience includes research at FGUP VNIIOFI, with a focus on optical and electrical measurements. Ilya holds a specialist degree in engineering from МИРЭА and furthered education at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
