Cliff Carlson

Cliff Carlson has been working in the talent acquisition and human resources fields since 1998. Cliff began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Technisource, followed by a role as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter at Robert Half Technology. In 2001, they moved to Nebraska Wesleyan University as a Development Officer. After four years, they joined Kenexa as a Recruiting Consultant, Domestic Operations Manager, and Client Consultant. In 2012, they were hired as an RPO Operations Director at IBM. In 2014, they joined Hudl as a Human Resource Business Partner and Senior Manager of Recruiting. In 2021, they began working at CompanyCam as the Director of Talent and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

Cliff Carlson attended Nebraska Wesleyan University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Japanese. Cliff also attended Adams Central.
