Shelby Clauson

Shelby Clauson has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Shelby began their career as a Desk Assistant/Office Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they provided customer service to UNL students, staff, faculty, and visitors. Shelby also served as a Research Assistant, performing research experiments on Aspergillus nidulans, and a Peer Mentor, advising six freshman scholars from the Susan T. Buffett Scholarship.

In 2016, Shelby began working at the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Student Worker/Office Associate, where they aided the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs with daily offices duties and created, organized, and maintained records for dental and dental hygiene students.

In 2018, Shelby joined Hudl as a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for oversight of U.S. employee benefits, records, and compliance. Shelby was later promoted to Senior Human Resources Specialist and also held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Competitive Support Specialist.

Most recently, Shelby began working at CompanyCam in 2021 as a Recruiting Specialist. In this role, they drive full lifecycle recruiting from start to finish, creates and fosters an environment that promotes great experiences for everyone involved, and conducts and leads candidate interviews.

Shelby Clauson attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2013 to 2018, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences.
