Parthib is responsible for supporting our portfolio companies by managing the Companyon Platform Team and developing relationships with pre-seed entrepreneurs and helping them reach the stage where Companyon invests.

Prior to co-founding Companyon, Parthib started his career in Delhi, India, where he built and managed large teams at GE Capital, then founded and exited an e-learning startup in Chennai (Paradigm Shift) that trained over 35,000 Fortune 1000 employees before it was acquired. Since earning his MBA in the US, he has put his entrepreneurial background to work by advising entrepreneurs and startup companies for several years, which has since evolved into the Companyon Platform Team. He has helped over 100 companies get funding, launch new products, and scale their businesses. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
