Liliana Ferreira

Liliana Ferreira has extensive experience in client management and administration, currently serving as Gestora de Clientes at ComparaJá.pt since May 2019, where responsibilities include consultative sales in telecommunications and personal credit, team supervision, and training of new consultants. Prior roles include Auxiliar administrativa at Castiobra and Tanqueluz, where document management and organization were key duties, as well as experience as an Agente de call center at Randstad addressing technical customer support issues. Educationally, Liliana holds a degree in Tradução e Interpretação de Língua Gestual Portuguesa from Escola Superior de Educação - Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, complemented by a strong foundation in languages and humanities from Escola Secundária Eça de Queirós.
