Karen Summerfield-Jackson has over 10 years of work experience. Karen began their career in 2009 as a Marketing Consultant at Lotus Writing & Communications, where they directed the production of the company's new website, featuring automated blog and social networking, and created support materials as well as advertising and world class brochures. In 2012, they joined CrinLogic as a Research & Marketing Principal Consultant. In 2017, they became Customer Support Manager at Comparative Agility.

Karen Summerfield-Jackson attended Cheltenham College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
