Andrea Simione

Andrea Simione has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrea started their career as a Receptionist at Whitemarsh Behavioral Health Care in April 2016. After that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at CM Counsel, Inc from November 2016 to October 2017. In 2018, they joined URBN, where they served as a Production Assistant Temp from March 2018 to May 2018. Later that year, they joined both CMI Media Group and Compas as an Office Coordinator and Talent Sourcer, ERG Leader. Their responsibilities included using innovative methods and Boolean searches to source top-tier diverse talent for Data Analytics and Business Insights departments. Andrea also worked closely with hiring managers to evaluate desired skills and backgrounds, nurtured candidate experiences, and guided them through the application and hiring process.
