Maurice Doyle

Maurice Doyle has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Maurice is the current Chief Executive Officer at Compass Box, where they took on this position in April 2022. Prior to this, Maurice served as a Non-Executive Director at C.A. Ron Santa Teresa starting in November 2021. Maurice also founded Generous Spirits Limited in December 2020, focusing on advisory support for premium beverage businesses and coaching/mentoring entrepreneurs and business leaders. Maurice is a Leadership and Transformation Coach at the International Coaching Federation since May 2020. Maurice is also an Advisory Board Member for NONA Drinks, a non-alcoholic spirit brand. Maurice held various positions at Bacardi, including as President Incubation Brands and Global Commercial Development from November 2017 to April 2020. Maurice was the Chief Operating Officer Africa, Middle East and Caribbean at Suntory Beverage & Food from January 2016 to September 2017. Maurice also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Orangina Schweppes International, Suntory from September 2014 to December 2015. Prior to these roles, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at William Grant & Sons from August 2009 to August 2014. Maurice began their career at Bacardi in 1992, where they held the position of Managing Director Bacardi Global Travel Retail until July 2009.

Maurice Doyle has a diverse education history. Maurice completed the Emilio Bacardi Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School in 2019. From 1993 to 1995, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for the Bacardi Class 2000 Executive Programme. Maurice also holds a BA/MA degree in Economic and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their academic qualifications, Maurice has obtained several certifications including the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in April 2021, the ICF Member Badge in March 2021, and the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2021.
