Rachael Coughlin

Rachael Coughlin is an experienced educator with a notable career in teaching and instructional coaching. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach and Supervising Teacher at Compass Charter Schools since August 2021, Rachael previously held teaching roles at Cajon Valley Union School District from February 2016 to August 2021, and at Greater San Diego Academy (Jamul-Dulzura Union School District) from April 2005 to November 2015. Rachael holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from National University, as well as two Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature/Letters and English from San Diego State University. Additionally, Rachael has obtained a Teaching Credential in Multiple Subjects with a Supplemental in English from National University.
