Nilesh Narayan

Nilesh Narayan is a Jnr RF Engineer at Compass Communications since October 2014, specializing in the design, forecasting, and improvement of wireless networks, including WimaxD, WiMAX, and LTE technologies. Nilesh has extensive experience configuring various equipment for broadcast towers, managing projects such as new site builds and network upgrades, and developing policy and procedures. Previously, Nilesh held roles as a Field Engineer/Telco Rigger, installing wireless and VoIP services, and as a VoIP Development and Support Manager at Eye-T Services, overseeing VoIP support and development. Nilesh's early career included providing technical support at Truck City LTD. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from The University of Waikato and an EST Certificate in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance from Manukau Institute of Technology.
