Lucy Shearman is an experienced Art Psychotherapist with a diverse background in providing therapeutic support to various populations including looked after children, individuals with mental health needs, and families affected by substance abuse. Currently, Lucy works at Revive Therapy and Compass Community, focusing on children in need through both individual and group therapy. As the Founder Director of SE19 Art Psychotherapy, Lucy operates a private practice while also collaborating with organizations. Previous roles include significant work with the Priory Group and St Christopher's, where Lucy employed psychodynamic approaches and facilitated group therapy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Illustration from Arts University Bournemouth. Lucy is dedicated to pioneering innovative therapeutic practices and supporting neurodiverse students as a Specialist Mental Health Mentor at Diversity and Ability.
