Woodcock continued their career in education in 2017 at Leadership Memphis as the Director of Programs. In this role, they prepared and mobilized leaders for community change.
Most recently, in 2019, Woodcock became the Chief Operating Officer at Compass Community Schools, focusing on developing the whole child through academic excellence, character education, and service learning.
