Anna Carlton is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Compass Datacenters, Anna has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Ever.Ag and HR Director at the same organization. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Asys Strategic HR, Senior Human Capital Consultant at TriNet, and Director of Consulting Services at HRMC - Human Resource Management Center, Inc.
