Phil Morel

Phil Morel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client management and sales within the technology and data center sectors. Since October 2020, Phil has served as Senior Vice President of Client Management at Compass Datacenters, focusing on delivering large-scale data center solutions for major Hyperscale and Cloud clients across North America and Europe. Prior to this role, Phil contributed to revenue growth and business management at Rackspace, earning a Presidents Club award in 2019, and played a key role in strategic sales at CenturyLink during its transition to a full-service infrastructure provider. As former CEO of Amplyfy, Phil specialized in enterprise social media and knowledge transfer strategies. At Microsoft, Phil had a significant impact on enterprise social networking and training for the sales force, as well as managing large global accounts. Phil holds a BSC Hons in Management from Aston University and completed A Levels in Physics, Maths, and Economics at Leek High School.
