Shawna Waldinsperger

Shawna Waldinsperger is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational and supportive roles, currently serving as a Behavior Technician at Lakeridge Community Support Services since May 2024. Shawna holds positions as an Occasional Teacher with the Durham Catholic District School Board and Camp Director at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, while also working as an Early Childhood Educator at Compass Early Learning & Care since April 2021. Previous roles include Camp Supervisor and Inclusion Counsellor with the Municipality of Clarington, along with experience as a Supply Teacher at Beyond Montessori School and a Respite Worker for children with autism. Shawna is pursuing a Child and Youth Studies BA Honours/BED Concurrent in Education at Brock University, expected to graduate in 2025.
