Ayesha Harrison

Ayesha Harrison has extensive experience in education and program management, currently serving as the Program Manager for Adult Education and Workforce Development and an English Second Language Instructor at Mercy Center since January 2018. Ayesha also works as an SAT/ACT Tutor at Compass Education Group since February 2024 and holds the position of Founding Director at The Patchwerk Project since August 2016. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Harlem Children's Zone from April 2018 to December 2020, Assistant Head Teacher at New York School for the Deaf from September 2016 to August 2017, and Teacher at Bilingual Education for Central America (BECA) in early 2016. Ayesha was an English Teaching Assistant with the Fulbright Program from January 2014 to November 2015 and held various educational roles, starting as a Writing Center Tutor at Arizona State University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Literature, Writing & Film with a Minor in Media Analysis from Arizona State University and a Business Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
