Gillian Flagg

Gillian Flagg currently serves as the Director of Institutional Giving at Compass Family Services since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gillian was the Grants & Contracts Manager at Axis Community Health from 2018 to 2024, overseeing a $6M grant portfolio, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing multiple grants from various sources. Gillian's previous experience includes serving as Grants Manager at OneSky, where responsibilities included handling grant proposals, managing a $1M portfolio, and coordinating cross-cultural projects. Earlier roles involved coordinating grants at Goodwill of Orange County and working as a Development Intern and Associate at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. Gillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Development and Cultural Change from the University of the Pacific and has pursued further education in Development Economics and International Development at American University.
