Frederic Gabs

Frederic Gabs serves as the Directeur des systèmes d'information at Compass Group France since October 2020, leading a digital transformation initiative that began in 2018 to enhance the guest experience. Prior to this role, Frederic held several positions including Senior Manager - Digital Agile Delivery at The Walt Disney Company France, overseeing e-commerce and mobile application delivery and implementing Agile methodologies. Frederic also worked as Responsable du Bureau Applicatif at La Mutuelle Générale, managing a team focused on project development and integration, and previously held managerial roles at Aon France and Telintrans, specializing in transitional management and integration processes. Early career experiences include consultancy at Microcapital and roles at Deutsche Bank and IBM, focusing on product management and application maintenance. Frederic holds a DUT in Electronics from Paris-Sud University.
