Kim Garth is an experienced coach with a focus on youth cricket development, currently serving as a coach at Cricket Leinster since March 2016, where responsibilities include introducing cricket skills to primary and secondary school students and preparing them for tournaments. Additionally, Garth has been a youth coach assistant at Pembroke Cricket Club since June 2015, planning and executing training sessions for children aged 6 to 15. Garth also works in hospitality with the Compass Group Ireland at the Aviva Stadium, providing services during rugby, football, and concert events. Previously, Garth contributed to the Growth and Participation Team at the Irish Rugby Football Union in summer 2016. Garth holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Management from University College Dublin, earned between 2014 and 2017, and completed the Leaving Certificate at Loreto College Foxrock from 2008 to 2014.
