Andrès Delpeut is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end restaurants and management roles. Currently serving as Culinair Manager at Compass Group Nederland since December 2018, Andrès has also been a member of the Irish Beef Club since 2006. Previously, Andrès held the position of Executive Chef at both Bridges Restaurant and Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam from August 2016 to December 2018.
