Andrès Delpeut

Andrès Delpeut is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end restaurants and management roles. Currently serving as Culinair Manager at Compass Group Nederland since December 2018, Andrès has also been a member of the Irish Beef Club since 2006. Previously, Andrès held the position of Executive Chef at both Bridges Restaurant and Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam from August 2016 to December 2018. Andrès has served as Head Chef and Executive Chef at Restaurant Anna from March 2011 to August 2016, and owned de roggebot from October 1998 to January 2007. Additional experience includes directorship at de hoefslag and working as a patisier at parkheuvel.
