Loes van Meer-Bootsma

Loes van Meer-Bootsma is an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and legal counsel. Currently serving as Procurement Director and CPO at Compass Group Nederland since March 2023, Loes is responsible for the Procurement organization and Xandrion. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Procurement Officer at EQUANS Nederland, overseeing the Procurement and Integrated Facility Management organizations. Loes held the position of Procurement Director at Athlon Nederland, managing car- and non-car related procurement, and has served as Category Manager Procurement HR, Professional Services & Facilities at de Volksbank. Loes has also practiced as a legal counsel in various organizations, including Ordina and Habion. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Utrecht University and additional executive education from Nyenrode Business University and INSEAD.
