Lisbeth Holm-Knapstad

Lisbeth Holm-Knapstad currently serves as the People and Culture Director at Compass Group Norge since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lisbeth was the Nordic HR Director and HR Director for Norway at STANLEY Security from August 2009 to November 2022, where responsibilities included membership in the management team and HR management after Niscayah’s acquisition by Stanley Black & Decker in 2011. Earlier career experiences include being an HR Manager and specialist at Niscayah and a researcher at AIMS International Norway AS, specializing in HR consultancy services. Lisbeth began professional journey as a receptionist at the corporate law firm Thommessen, Krefting, Greve, Lund. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor in Work- and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen.
