Vibha Salaria

Vibha Salaria currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Smartsheet since June 2025. Prior to this role, Vibha was the Head of HR for Circles from August 2024 to June 2025 and the Human Resources Director at Apptio, an IBM Company, from August 2019 to February 2024, with a focus on Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Additionally, Vibha held the position of Site HR Head at Finastra from August 2017 to May 2019 and worked as a Group Manager at Mercer from March 2016 to July 2017 in Gurgaon. Vibha holds a Post Graduation in Human Resources Management from Delhi University, completed in January 2004, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution, obtained in January 2002.
