Debbie Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the catering and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Director of Growth Best Practice and Head of Group Sales and Retention Excellence Training at Compass Group since August 2019. Previously, Debbie held various strategic roles within Compass Group UK & Ireland, including Strategic Partner and Retention Director for Healthcare and Universities, and has also been an Event Manager and Sales and Events Manager. With a strong background in managing bespoke catering needs and fostering client relationships, Debbie's expertise is rooted in a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from the University of Sunderland.
