Charlotte Parriss

Charlotte Parriss is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Inside Sales Marketing at Compass Group UK & Ireland since August 2022, after previously holding the position of Marketing Content Manager. Prior to joining Compass Group, Charlotte worked as a Food for Life Coordinator at Great Missenden School and as a Freelance Social Media Manager. Charlotte also volunteered at Holmer Green First School, assisting in event organization. From August 2008 to July 2019, Charlotte was at Sodexo, where roles included Service Design Manager and Marketing Offer Manager, focusing on brand development and marketing strategy. Earlier career experience includes a Marketing Executive position at RM plc. Charlotte holds a Diploma in Strategic Social Media Marketing from Digital Mums and a BA Joint Honours in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire.
