Jenner Carter has over 20 years of diverse work experience in marketing and events. Jenner has held various roles in different companies, starting their career as a Call Centre Supervisor at Experian. After that, they worked as a Conference and Events Sales Co-ordinator at InterContinental Hotels Group. Jenner then transitioned to The NEC, Birmingham, where they served as a Commercial Services Event Manager, responsible for coordinating advertising services for events and managing Out of Home advertising projects.
Jenner later joined the NEC Group as a Marketing Services Administrator, assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and supporting the PR team. Jenner then became a Marketing and PR Executive within the same company, contributing to campaigns, managing marketing materials, and supporting PR Managers with publicity-related goals.
Next, Jenner joined The Ticket Factory as a Marketing Account Manager, where they coordinated strategic marketing and communication plans and serviced the accounts of an external marketing agency. Jenner also worked at Amadeus, first as a Marketing Account Manager, developing tenders and marketing materials to enhance the Amadeus catering brand, and later as the Head of Marketing, responsible for the company's brand and strategic marketing plans.
From there, they moved on to the NEC Group, where they served as the Group Marketing and Studio Manager, leading the marketing strategy for exhibitions and live events. In their most recent role at Compass Group UK & Ireland, Jenner was the Head of Marketing, representing three major hospitality brands and driving lead generation and brand awareness for a portfolio of over 20 venues.
Jenner Carter graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Design and Applied Arts from Birmingham City University in 2005. In 2012, Jenner completed a CIM degree in Marketing at Solihull College & University Centre.
