Kevin Watson

Kevin Watson has extensive experience in catering and hospitality management. Kevin has held roles such as Business Director of Confex at Compass Group UK & Ireland and Director of Catering. Additionally, they have worked as a Group Operations Manager at Fitzers Catering and as the General Manager of Hospitality at The Convention Centre Dublin. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at L'Ecrivain restaurant and Lyndsey house in London. Kevin began their career as a Silver Service Waiter at Cunard Line. Kevin is known for their leadership skills and ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Kevin Watson attended Fife College of Education from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained an HND in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management.
