Anthony Kirby

Anthony Kirby currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Serco since November 2022, having previously held multiple leadership roles at Compass Group since November 2012, including HR Director for Europe & Japan. Anthony's extensive experience in human resources spans sectors and geographies, with responsibilities for an employee base of 180,000 across 23 countries. Notable prior positions include Group Chief Operating Officer at Serco Group plc, Group HR Director, and several roles within Compass Group focusing on transformation, labor strategy, and shared services. Anthony holds multiple advanced degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations, Strategic Human Resources, and Human Resources Development from Keele University and Liverpool John Moores University, respectively. Additionally, Anthony has served as a trustee for Zoes Place Baby Hospice.
