Eliin Gulsrud Kittelsen

Eliin Gulsrud Kittelsen is an experienced leader in the hospitality and facilities management sectors, currently serving as Regionsdirektør at Compass Group since March 2025. Prior to this, Eliin held several key positions at 4Service from July 2022 to October 2025, including Driftsdirektør FS og kommersiell virksomhet and Facility Manager FS & Kommersiell Virksomhet. Eliin also contributed to the success of Clarion Hotel® The Hub as Assistant General Manager from December 2016 to July 2022 and managed operations as Hotel Manager at Clarion Hotel Royal Christiania from August 2015 to July 2022. Earlier in the career, Eliin served as General Manager at Oslo Apartments AS and Daglig leder at Mat360, alongside a tenure as Direktør at Thon Hotel Slottsparken from 1998 to 2007. Eliin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and tourism management from BI Norwegian Business School, completed from 1995 to 1998.
