Gabriel Reynolds

Gabriel Reynolds is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel (M&A) at Compass Group since October 2019, Gabriel has previously held positions such as Corporate Counsel at Interserve and Senior Legal Counsel at Lloyds Banking Group, where involvement included the Ring-Fencing restructuring project. Additional experience includes roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, Sidley Austin LLP, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and Slaughter and May, starting from trainee to senior associate levels. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Oxford and a GDL/LPC in Law from BLP Law School.
