Kallie Booth

As CFO, Kallie is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, treasury, FP&A, financial reporting, compliance, M&A, and banking relationships. Kallie brings extensive operational and financial experience to her role and is responsible for the overall financial management of the Company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, M&A, internal audit and tax functions.

Kallie has been with the organization for over 15 years and has been instrumental in both the financial and operational aspects of the business and has been involved with the integration of 8 acquisitions during her tenure. Kallie enjoys working with cross-functional teams and focusing on the continuous improvement of the business.

Prior to joining the Compass team, Kallie gained experience as a CPA in audit and tax with McGladrey & Pullen where she audited and advised clients in markets ranging from manufacturing to banking.

Kallie is a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Business and based out of the Sioux Falls, SD office where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick and their daughter, Victoria.
