Ben Holder

Ben Holder has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ben started their career as a Corporate Recruiting Intern at First Horizon National Corporation in 2006. Ben then interned as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Target.

In 2009, Ben joined Target as a Senior Business Analyst and later became an Operations Manager for Target India. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a New Store/Remodel Expert for Target.

In 2016, Ben transitioned to LaSalle Network where they worked as a Senior Executive Search Project Manager and Organizational Development Consultant. Ben played a key role in recruiting for marketing and business development positions and implemented organizational development solutions.

From 2017 to 2019, Ben worked at Aon as a Talent Leader, responsible for talent acquisition and management.

Currently, Ben is the Chief People Officer at Compass Health Center, a mental health organization. Here, they lead the human resources team and oversees various HR functions.
