Keith Lessert has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology. Keith currently serves as the SVP of Information Technology at Compass Health Center, where they are responsible for aligning IT infrastructure with business priorities and leading healthcare IT transformation. Previously, they held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Home Access Health Corporation, where they were accountable for all aspects of IT strategy and governance. Keith has also worked as the Director of Global IT Infrastructure Services at Stericycle, overseeing global infrastructure and cloud computing operations. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Northern Illinois University, managing central IT services and developing strategic plans. Earlier in their career, Keith held various leadership positions at Intelligent Medical Objects, University of Chicago Medical Center, Focused Health Solutions, and Lessert Technical Consulting. Keith began their career as a Systems Engineer at Commerx. Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated expertise in areas such as enterprise architecture, security and compliance, vendor management, and end-user support.

Keith Lessert has a background in Management Information Systems from National Louis University. Keith also holds a certificate in the Management Training Program from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Additionally, they have a certificate in Leading Healthcare IT Transformation from the same school. Keith studied Business Administration and Management at Northern Illinois University and Harper College. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Black Belt (1st Dan) Kyuki-Do from American Kyuki-Do Federation, LLC and ITIL version 3 Foundation from EXIN.
