Kaisa Hall

Kaisa Hall, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Compass Housing Alliance since November 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Human Resources Manager at The Arcticom Group (October 2019 - May 2022), Human Resources Manager at BlackPoint IT Services (February 2017 - October 2019), and Human Resources Director at CTS International (January 2016 - December 2016). Kaisa also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at VoiceBox Technologies (January 2015 - January 2016), held a position in Human Resources focused on Mergers & Acquisitions/Global Mobility at Microsoft (April 2013 - December 2014), and was part of the Total Rewards team at REI (April 2011 - March 2013).
