Kristen Miller

Kristen joins Compass’ senior leadership team with over 8 years of invaluable experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. She is thrilled to serve as the Director of Meaningful Day and Employment Services and looks forward to meeting people, staff and family members face-to-face, over the next few weeks. her zeal for mission-driven-work in human services, led her to obtain her Bachelors of Social Work from Frostburg State and Masters of Human Services Administration from Wilmington University.

Prior to joining Compass, Kristen began her career on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, as a Coordinator of Community Services for Wicomico and Worcester Counties over a span of six years. She then moved on to Anne Arundel County to coordinate waiver programs for the Department of Aging and Disabilities. Kristen strongly believes that fostering relationships and connections are key to understanding and working with anyone, including people with ID/DD.
