Courtney Loveless has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and childcare. Courtney started their career as an intern at Daybreak Treatment Center in 2012. Courtney then worked as an intern at The Exchange Club Family Center in 2015, where they gained experience in play therapy, group therapy, and counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. In the same year, they also joined Compass Intervention Center as a Mental Health Therapist and later progressed to the role of Assistant Director of Admissions and Business Development. Prior to their mental health roles, Courtney worked as a Childcare Lead at Germantown Athletic Club from 2008 to 2015.

Courtney Loveless has a strong academic background in the field of counseling and psychology. From 2020 to 2023, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Counseling Education, Research, and Supervision at The University of Memphis. Prior to this, Courtney completed their Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Freed-Hardeman University, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. Courtney initially started their educational journey at the same institution, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Clinical Psychology from 2009 to 2013.

Additionally, Courtney holds a certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, which they obtained from the American Red Cross in March 2015.
