Chuck Otec

Chuck Otec has extensive experience in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Compass Minerals since March 2021, where responsibilities include designing and evaluating compensation programs and managing talent management, payroll, and benefits. Prior roles include Director of Compensation and Director of Human Resources - Americas at Peabody Energy, overseeing extensive compensation functions and HR administration for a large workforce. Additionally, Chuck held various compensation roles at Washington University School of Medicine and served as Director of Human Resources at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Chuck Otec earned a BSBA in Marketing from Avila University between 1985 and 1987.
