James Noblett has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. James began their career in 1998 as an Operations Manager at Christian Salvesen, where they worked until 2004. Following that, they joined DeepStore as a Facilities Manager from 2004 to 2009. Since 2009, James has been associated with Compass Minerals, starting as the UK EHS Manager and later progressing to the role of Head of SHEQ, which they currently hold.
James Noblett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Wales, Lampeter, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. In 2009, they completed a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH. Prior to their university education, they attended St Boniface College from 1986 to 1993, although no degree or field of study was specified during this time.
In addition to their formal education, James has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the "MIMMM" certification from the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. In 2017, they received the "Grad IOSH" certification from the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety. Lastly, in 2012, they obtained the "AIEMA" certification from the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
