Joshua Sant

Joshua Sant, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Compass Minerals since April 2023. Previously, Joshua held multiple roles, including Environmental, Health and Training Manager at Morton Salt and HR Training & People Development Specialist at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included implementing sustainable programs and driving cultural change. Joshua's experience extends to other positions in various organizations, focusing on training, employee relations, and safety, including roles at Hutchinson Community College and Lyons Salt Co. Joshua possesses a Master’s in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Asian Studies from Utah State University, along with an Associate's in Ecology from Snow College.
