Jessica Flynn

Jessica Flynn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Carle Health since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Rivian, including Senior People Partner and Senior Leadership Administrative Partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities included extensive administrative support for multiple executives.
