Kristen Mae Rivera-Cesa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kristen Mae started their career at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport as a Guest Relations Officer in 2009. Kristen Mae then worked as a Cabin Crew for PAL Express from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Kristen joined Arcc Offices Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Executive and stayed until 2013. Kristen Mae then moved to Arcc Assets as an Assistant Leasing Manager from 2013 to 2018, where they excelled in marketing strategies, lease negotiations, and tenant relations. Kristen continued their career at Santos Knight Frank as a Manager in Tenant Representation from 2018 to 2021, where they gained expertise in handling real estate brokerage and client management. Currently, Kristen is working at Compass Offices as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through effective strategies. With their extensive experience in various roles, Kristen brings a strong skill set in client management, marketing, negotiation, and customer service to their current role.

Kristen Mae Rivera-Cesa completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism at the University of Santo Tomas from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as time management, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, sales, social success at work, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
